UPDATE THREAD [1/9]: After almost 3.5 years of work with @ManceHarmon, @leemonbaird, and the Hedera team, I've decided to step away from my role at Hedera @hashgraph. However, I'm not going very far and I'm not really going anywhere... a quick thread.
[2/9] I've decided to form a new, independent company called HBAR Labs (@HBAROfficial) which will be focused on increasing awareness, access, and adoption of $HBAR and the Hedera Network. @kylewarmour, another member of the founding team of Hedera, will join HBAR Labs as well.
[3/9] When I look back at the last couple of years, I'm incredibly proud to have been part of this incredible organization and community. Really it was @adventurelawyer who first sent me the whitepaper and started this crazy journey. Here's a memory from @TechCrunch Disrupt '17
[4/9] I remember our first big break came in October of 2017 when @CoveringDelta brought an incredible crowd together at the @AssemblageNYC to discuss hashgraph. The YouTube recording has since been seen over 148k times
[5/9] It also led us to @mike_maloney who took things to a whole new level when he released episode 8 of the Hidden Secrets of Money show. Over 1 million people have come to learn about hashgraph through this video bhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SF362xxcfdk&t=2415s
[6/9] Hedera would not be where it is today without some instrumental support from some key people. Some you may know that my father @chuckfried and his firm @TxMQ_DTG was one of the first system integrators to support hashgraph and drive enterprise adoption!
[7/9] None of this would be possible without our governing council. Here's a fun pic from Seoul, Korea of @ManceHarmon countersigning the LLC agreements and handing the network over to our decentralized governing council!
[9/9] This is not the end but a new beginning. I'll continue to spread the good word from HBAR Labs. $HBAR is a Top 10 cryptocurrency and undervalued under $1. I'll be doing my part to make sure we bring the value of it and the network to every person on planet earth. Onward 🚀

Be weary of anyone claiming to be personally responsible for Hedera’s success.
A thread:
1/ Hedera is a decentralized network which relies on the community for contributions to the network. These contributions come in many forms but it’s applications and users of those applications that drive economic activity on the network.
2/ Beyond doing our best to establish the right incentives and enabling early adopters / application developers to be successful, it’s inevitably the developer community that drives the network’s economic activity and thus network value.
