1. Senator David Perdue (@sendavidperdue) has been caught brazenly lying about how he managed his stock portfolio.

Here are the FACTS.
@sendavidperdue 2. Perdue has said categorically that he had NO INPUT WHATSOEVER on his stock trades as Senator.

This is what his spokesperson said LAST WEEK: "Senator Perdue doesn’t manage his trades, they are handled by outside financial advisors without his prior input or approval"
@sendavidperdue 3. But according to a new report in the NYT, the FBI obtained evidence that in January, Perdue contacted his wealth manager at Goldman Sachs and instructed him to sell $1M worth of stock in Cardlytics.

The communication came after Perdue received an email from the company's CEO.
4. Perdue needs to explain why he lied to the public about his involvement in buying and selling stocks as Senator.

Why didn't he just tell the truth?

1. Four hours after I tweeted this, the Trump campaign issued a statement saying that Sydney Powell, who made these comments about Loeffler, is "practicing law on her own" and "not a member of Trump's legal team."

Is that true?

🚨IMPORTANT🚨

Trump's legal team is now asserting that DOUG COLLINS, not KELLY LOEFFLER would be participating in the January 5 runoff if Brian Kemp hadn't rigged the voting machines.

Does LOEFFLER agree? Or will she admit that the Trump campaign's claims of voter fraud are BS.

1. There is a lot going on but everyone should really know about the brief filed in federal court by Team Giuliani for the Trump campaign in federal court last night.

Among many brazen attacks on the democratic process, it manages to stand out.

Let's dive in.
2. The fundamental problem Giuliani faces is that there is absolutely no evidence of fraud.

Their solution is that they've filed a motion to review 3 MILLION ENVELOPES used to return absentee ballots so that they can try to find some evidence.

This is not a joke.
3. But wait, how is Giuliani and his crew going to personally review 3 million envelopes? They can't. But they have a solution.

They are asking for a RANDOM SELECTION of ballots. They will then use that selection to invalidate Biden ballots BY INFERENCE
