Ok so 2144 is this. The o7 seems like a centrifuge. Then converted to minutes we have this. It did strike me odd the there is a 07 in the middle. I treat it like a key. Eliminating the 07 pushes to 144.

We can't straight eliminate the 7 as it doesn't translate back to a drop. However using that 5 and 2 we got our so we eliminate that leaving us with 1474.
