As a kid, 'Capitalism was regulated' and 'Socialism' meant comrades living in shitty identical boxes, waiting in breadlines for equal shares of their 'Collective Production'.

Think USSR.

Be mindful of the terms you use to describe the type of government you advocate for.

I don't want to live in a 'Socialist' nation.

I want to live in a nation with a 'Social Conscience' where capable and honest entrepreneurs can make it, monopolies don't exist, taxes and justice are equitable and a system that cares for those unable to care for themselves.

I want to live in a nation that is a hybrid of the USA I USED to know and a Norway I THINK I know; where Earth is a community of organisms living in harmony and equilibrium with the nonliving components of our environment; where democracy rules and greater-good prevails.
