Basically am now being called a liar by the man who invited me to @UVA to do the post doc. At the time I had no other outlet as I was told emails about my issues were unwelcome. When trying to discuss these issues telephonically the phone was put down and not answered.
I haven't told the people I work here in South Africa the details of my nightmarish experience @UVA. But the PI who invited me sent a 35 page response to the people we both know & not only called me a liar, but disclosed the sensitive health information I told him in confidence.
Not only that but apparently introducing my husband to him & others at @UVA was unsolicited information.
