I'm actually very hopeful because I've accepted the situation and I know what can be done and what can't be done.

People are always asking me: "what's the solution"?

You wouldn't be able to say "people told me I wouldn't be able to make gold out of lead, but I persisted and I made gold out of lead" - there were people who used to claim to be able to do that, they were called alchemists,

but the bottom line is that the structure of the natural world prevents that type of technology from occurring, you can't actually produce alchemy.

So what I'm saying is the structure of the political world prevents certain desired outcomes from happening, much like alchemy.

We're in an oligarchy - the oligarchy has control of the legal system and the democratic institutions,. so it's not going to allow the legal system to undo a rigged election, full-stop.

In terms of what can be done - I think people need to go back to psychology and ask themselves why they're so bothered by this fact which to me is so apparent and should be so apparent to anybody who has actually seriously observed politics in any recent time period -

why is it so troubling to you?

I really think we really need to start thinking about that.

It doesn't necessary have to depress you - if you're talking about how you can resist these forces of evil (because people see these as evil forces, rather than the structure of oligarchy and reality)

then I'd say you're going to have to think about resistance, + oftentimes resistance takes multiple generations, because the people that are enslaved are not psychologically capable of understanding the conditions of their own confinement.

And that's straight out of Exodus, Jason. Do you think the slaves in Israel liked it when they were told that they were going to have to cross the desert for 40 years + then take over Canaan? Don't you think a lot of them would have rather stayed in Egypt?
