"Speech is violence" means "I dont like how youre warning people to my inclinations which could cause them to be ready to act in self defense when I attack". Its a statement designed to be justified and not interpreted

-phobic and -ist words are designed, again, to create a stigma around human behavior. So you can be morally & factually correct about something, but still believe society thinks its immoral to act X or Y way and itd be immoral/too hard for you to go hungry/be ostracized.
thats what 'cancel culture' is, and less and less resistance is being formed and looking for the smallest misstep and magnifying it because that group signals its surrender. Most 'anti woke' leftists/libs simply want grand reconciliation and not individual attacks
Most people will take the easiest route to being welcomed, having resources & maintaining security and that includes putting up with whatever socjus corpocracy dictates
Old school leftists believe that this top-down fortune 500 policy is still leaving power in the hands of corporations, who in turn have desires and incentives opposed to true equality (they do)
