Conservatism Inc actively works to cement leftist values and the such by declaring their own groups as “not x” , “not y” rather than questioning why such things should dictate morality. Which is why we have “Trans Lady Maga” and “based gay africans” and “Charlie Kirk”
This is why, despite supermajorities @ state govts, a majority in both senate & house & the presidency, social liberalism remains. Because the ideology at heart agrees with intl finance’s desires and instead seeks to redefine what is ____ist or ____phobic, rather than reject it.
Conservative mouthpieces are much more hostile towards RWers than communists, progs, liberals, academia because being in proximity to RWers threatens their careers. The solution is to instead build our own institutions. Americans deserve better than the “Conservative” movement.
Conservatism hasn’t been able to conserve marriage, family values like abortion, has accepted “Civil Rights” and massive immigration under the premise of ceding authority to corporations ran by people who fund democratic institutions.
Conservatism, Inc depends on ceding ground to and pleasing progressives which is why it took an explosion of grassroots organizing to secure Trump’s primary against Jeb and Rubio. Believe me, I was there.
