The leaders of the CSTO countries held a summit today. 
Putin: "Russia is interested in connecting all CSTO and CIS partners for humanitarian aid in Karabakh."

The CSTO leaders proposed to hold a general meeting of representatives of the CSTO, CIS, SCO, OSCE, NATO and the EU and discuss their security strategies.

Lukashenka said at the summit that he is concerned about the military buildup of the US and NATO presence near the CSTO western borders.
Lukashenko spoke about the 'extreme behavior of Poland and the Baltic countries' towards Belarus.
Lukashenko said that Belarus is experiencing open interference in internal affairs, stated that 'the peace and integrity of the country are at stake.'
Lukashenko said that a military grouping is being created in NATO to seize the western lands of Belarus.
