Request Hon'ble MPs to also include how in case Muslim Prince of Arcot agreement made by British was honored & applying similar yardstick Hindu Deity Rights notification is to be issued honoring deed of dedication of Kingdom to Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy by Shri Marthanda Varma. ImageImage
Hope His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn can correct mistake committed by Union Govt in 1951 disregarding sage advise of Late Hon'ble President Shri Rajendra Prasad thru reference u Art 78(c) read w Art 60 enabling reclaim of Art 26 right of Hindu Denomination
Image
The sage ignored advise of late Hon'ble President Rajendra Prasad we should remember today on his Birth anniversary. If the Union Govt in 1951 had followed it and rejected assent to the 1951 Madras Endowments Bill the dilution of Art 26 rights leading to complete denial avoided. Image

Dr. Radhakrishnan while supporting resolution for adoption of Constitution stated we are reiterating our ancient ideal “Dharma is the King of Kings” i.e
“Dharmosmatkuladaivatam” arising out of pious purpose of Shri Marthanda Varma's great Kingdom donation to Dharma we inherited Image
Travancore interim Constitution put protection of Dharma arising out of pious purpose great Kingdom donation of Shri Marthanda Varma beyond the powers of Secular State interference. The same was inherited in our Constitution in the form of Art 26 by efforts of Kanchi Paramacharya ImageImage
Thus the protection of Dharma arising out of pious purpose of great Kingdom donation of Shri Marthanda Varma that we inherited is protected u Art 26 from Secular State interference the most basic feature of our Constitution which sustains every other fundamental right incl Art 32

Appreciate quick action of AP Archaka Samakhya in ensuring dissolution of Trust Board action against people who were involved in attack on hereditary Archaka who was doing his duty w devotion to ensure free darshan for devotees as per sampradaya of temple we should not stop here.
AP Dharmika Parishad when it was operational had grievances cell for Archakas which had very eminent people including Dr MVS and acted as a check on such Endowments Dept officials and Trustboard members who have tendency to ill treat Archaka community members legacy of 30/87 Act.
AP Dharmika Parishad itself was born out of amendment to 30/87 Act through a grass root movement which was triggered by supreme sacrifice of Shir Bheemasena Chary on the bell of a temple due to harassment of the officials to bring to notice of society the draconian nature of Act.

Late Nani Palkhivala warned that in the name of reform don't reform a religion out of existence. Covid experience has shown that Secular State in the name of reform should not reform protection of Dharma out of existence putting at risk welfare of Nation.

We could as a society have avoided lot of Covid pain if we had paid due attention to Voice of Dharma which asked us to rectify Sabarimala judgement denying Deity rights the reformation of protection of Dharma for our own welfare is gist of @People4Dharma
Hope His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn will use his extraordinary powers that exist in Constitution to act as per Art 60 oath and put a full stop to this selective reformation experiment of secular state on Hindu religion which has put our welfare at risk.

The issue is loss of Art 26 rights for Hindu Religious denomination in legal personality of Deity which existed on 26th Jan 1950. We need to address this root cause else the secular state will make us go round the Courts forever for every temple property.
Pious purpose of the donor is protected in legal personality of Deity u Art 26 there cannot be any diversion as it is the fundamental right of denomination exercised through Deity. Let us make this clear to Secular State by supporting Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement
Let us reclaim right of Hindu Religious denomination in legal personality of Hindu Deities which existed on 26th Jan 1950 as per agreement with Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity arising out of kingdom donation by Shri Marthanda Varma please support👇
