NEWS: Trump campaign review of logbooks for disks with early-vote totals in Nevada show that voted were changed "in the dead of night."

Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall says witness Doe 1 provided the evidence for this.

“In the dead of night votes disappear and votes reappear without explanation," Binnall says.

After listing several categories of alleged illegal votes in Nevada, Binnall tells the judge:

"Every single one of these instances that we've identified has resulted again in the votes of honest Nevadans being disenfranchised. The only thing to do with this...

... to avoid the debasement and dilution that comes with the vote fraud and irregularities is to grant the contest and to strike the Biden voters from representing Nevada in the Electoral College. We understand that this is an unusual situation...

... but what we can't do is turn a blind eye to vote fraud. If we're going to keep being the beacon of representative Democracy in the world, when it goes bad—and here it went bad—we can't just turn a blind eye to it. That's not what we do in America. We make it right."

On the USB disk middle-of-the-night vote changing claim:

BINNALL: "What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it...

... and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less. What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines."

Defense attorney just delivered a comprehensive point-by-point challenge to all of the Trump campaign's claims. His key argument against the large lists of allegedly illegal ballots cast was that the Trump campaign didn't enter a single name from these lists into evidence.

The court is now on its second break. Trump campaign attorneys asked for a few extra minutes to prepare a rebuttal.

Judge says he will rule on the case at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Hearing is now over.

Correction: a proposed order from both parties is due at 10 a.m. Judge wants the submissions quickly so he can rule quickly.
