There it is! The Corporate Transparency Act is in the final text of the NDAA.

All that’s left is a must-pass vote and the President’s signature.

Then its goodbye to anonymous ownership of US shell companies and a bad day for kleptocrats, terrorists, cartels and rogue regimes.

Remember, this is a fairly major upgrade to the US anti-money laundering system and there are lots more provisions in there relating to upgrading FinCEN, kleptocracy whistleblowers, BSA reporting, you name it...

Reminder for those wondering if this is NDAA bloat: Shell companies facilitate massive fraud and waste in military spending. This is about protecting YOUR taxpayer dollars.
