The address for Digital Consulting Group LLC is 1000 N. West Street Suite 1200 Wilmington DE 19801 - the address of a Regus virtual office, used by many different businesses, so as @SollenbergerRC noted it's nearly impossible to track who is behind the company with that location

In November OPN Sesame was linked to unmarked texts that were sent out urging vote protests in Philadelphia - the texts were sent from phone numbers leased by OPN Sesame (however it is not known who the client was or if it was the RNC)
