I did a series of articles looking at the troubling relationships and curious non-disclosures in relation to Georgia, Dominion Voting Systems, Pro V&V testing Labs along with CISA & the EAC.

1) There's an ongoing selective addressing of facts from GA Secretary of State's office.

And it appears to continue in the declaration from the Chief Investigator for GA Sec of State.

2) As Hans rightly notes, why would there even be a select group to only open envelopes?

But even if that's correct, it does not seem to gel with the investigator's own words.
3) Note the intentional conflation of dates in Item #6:

"...between November 3 and 4, 2020. Our investigation discovered that observers and media were not asked to leave..."

1) Firm That Conducted ‘Audit’ of Georgia Voting Machines Has Long History With Dominion Voting Systems

2) The firm hired by Georgia’s SoS to conduct an “audit” of Dominion Voting Systems technology used during the 2020 elections is the same one that previously certified the Dominion systems and also approved a last-minute system-wide software change just weeks before the election.
3) Dominion had used technical conclusions from Pro V&V in a pre-election Georgia lawsuit that questioned the reliability of Dominion’s systems during a last-minute software fix before the Nov 3 election.

Testing from Pro V&V had been characterized as “superficial” and “cursory”

The use of "flash cards" in relation to Dominion voting systems was noted during the June 9 statewide primary election in Georgia and the runoff elections on Aug. 11.

"when flash drives were connected to the server, the “media was automounted by the operating system. When the operating system is automounting a storage media, the operating system starts automatically to interact with the device.”"
"I observed personnel calling on the floor asking if all vote carrying compact flash cards had been delivered from the early voting machines for processing, followed by later finding additional cards which had been overlooked in apparent human error."

"A contractor for Dominion...who performed IT work at the TCF Center in Michigan and a former state senator who was a poll challenger both say that the voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election were connected to the internet."
