In Arizona, meanwhile, the state defendants in Sidney Powell's "kraken" conspiracy case have filed a motion to exclude testimony from her "experts" at a hearing later this week (which may or may not even be held if the case is dismissed first.)

NEW: GOP has just come back to Pennsylvania now with yet another lawsuit--this one seeking an order forcing the governor to withdraw certification of the state's voting results.
The plaintiffs in this new suit are all GOP presidential electors--a tactic that has been tried before and failed to get over the hurdle on standing.
The suit is based in part on the affidavit of a Jesse Morgan, a mail hauler for USPS. Morgan says he was ordered to truck "what he believes" were illegally filled-in ballots from NYC to Erie County.
Just to give a flavor of Morgan's account, he was asked how ballots he thought he was trucking.
"I suck at that," he said, adding it could have 250 or 7500.

The lawyers for this new PA suit also found a retired postal supervisor from Nevada willing to say on the record that Morgan's account "may reveal" that "ballots arrived at the wrong place with the wrong driver and maybe at the wrong time."
