1. Never buy gold on Akshaya Tritiya. But it on Guru Pushyamruta Yogas & Dhana Trayodaahi

2. Akshaya Tritiya is mean for Sugandhita Jala Daana ( Water, Laung, Elaichi, Edible Kapoor )
Avoiding gold purchase on Akshaya Tritiya is for our kalyaan. Kali stays in 4 places, which were decided by parikshit Maharahja. The sthaana are, place where alcohol sevan exists, in Gambling, With Dharmaless women & Men who show kaama ichha and with people who do Himsa.
With gold comes Vaira ( Differences ) in women, that's why on Akshaya Tritiya it is not bought. On Akshaya Triya, punya should be Akshayam ( The inexhaustible) and not Gold.
One who donated pot with sugandhit Paaneya will have punya of living generations and lives where there would be no dearth of water and wouldn't die without water.
Guru pushyamruta - a yoga where pushya nakshatra falls on Thursday. Gold bought on this day wit Guru Balam will bring prosperity, luck, wealth. Shree Maha lakshmi birth nakshatra is Pusha Nakshatra and Thursday is called as Lakshmi vaar too. Buying gold on such days is auspicious
People buy gold for weddings and making of mangalsutra also on Gurupushyamrut Yoga 🙏🏼🍀

Speech Delay is most common in children nowadays

In ancient times, our grandparents used to follow typical natural way of caring the needs of a child. All they used were more of natural products than chemical based for the growth of child.
One of major step followed was to feed Gurbach Jadd/ Vasa Kommu/ Acorus Calamus for initiating good speech ability in a child. This stem was needed to babies on Tuesdays and Sundays in mother's milk.
Vasa is feed to baby after the 1st bath on 12th day in week. Weekly only thrice it is fed and named as :

Budhwar - Budhi Vasa
Mangalwar - Vaak Vasa
Ravi Vaar - Aayush Vasa

This stem is burnt and rubbed against the grinding stone in mother's milk or warm water to get a paste

Why Moudyami is not for Auspicious

The grahas keep travelling to different houses and effect the universe both in micro and macro levels. Each graha takes different position and bestows different benefits. During these movements there will be various conjunctions too.
In such a conjunction which happens with sun graha esp the major planets loose their strength and they become inactive. This inactivity in a graha is called
"Moodam" in sanskrutam. When jupiter conducts with sun it is termed as Guru Moudyami.
When sun conjuncts with shukra it is shukra Moudyami. They become so close to sun and wouldn't be much visible to too. During such times auspicious works like marriages, engagements, griha pravesh, shankusthapanas, new investments & ceremonies of children are not performed.

Shudhikaran / Samprokshanam

This is nothing but cleansing out the negative energies.
Water has powerful energies to push away the negatives in and around us. The usual method of samprokshan one can do for self and at home in simple way is done from daily to occasional basis
Required :

Copper Vessel
Water
3 drops of Milk
Pinch of Haldi
Pinch of Kumkum
Gangajal
Gaumutra 1 - 3 Drops
A Mango Stem with leaves / Nagavalli ( Paan) / Fresh Flower
Mis all these in a vessel and sit at a place other than Dwva Sthaana in home, turn to east and place the kalash on any stool or cloth etc. And place right hand on it and ring finger dipped in water and chant the below mantras.

1. Perform entire house shudhikaran after menstruation in women/Girls in family, after coming back frm Death ceremony of relatives or friends other than usual sutak cleaning after death in family.

2. Enter puja room aftr doing Aachaman for Antah shudhi

People may not be andke to practice the Menstruation break in such cases on the 5th day after the head bath one should do shudhikaran of self and entire home. Similarly after returning from attending anyone's death ceremony, take bath & Cleanse home too.
One should enter puja room after doing shudhikaran of house and also aachaman for the antah shudhi and then enter the puja room. In case if visited smashan vatika then wait for next sunrise to enter puja room 🙏🏼🍀

A special flour deeya with mixture of rice flour, cow milk, piece of banana and jaggery is made and a deeya is prepared with the same. This Deeya is called as Venkateshwara Deepam. It is lit for 7 saturdays by people who have worst issues and Runa baadhas.
Cow Ghee is used for lighting the lamp. And this lamp itself is prayed and all upachara are given to it., instead of a murti. Venkateshwara is prayed in jyothi form as a combination of Lakshmi and Venkateshwara. This remedy is saral upaay for people who will to do wishmaking

Direction & Placement of Deeya

Jothi Facing :
1. Towards North - Dhana Abhivrudhi
2. West - Shatru Naashnam
3. South - Mrityu Ganda
4. East - Generally used - Peace & Prosperity
Usually placement of Bhagwaana is on the East or North Walls which is nearer to Neth East Corner. West also is practiced., avoid Placing Bhagwana on south wall and sitting south mukha for prayers.
The Mukha of the Deeya should face the Bhagwaana. So maximum try to arrange your Lord in such a way that it satisfies directions of deeya beneficial for your daily prayers. Usually East is best.
