Why should poor West Bengal, Karnataka, UP farmer fund the lifestyle of Punjab farmer?

Let me shock u. Avg landholding/household in Punjab is 5/6 acres against a national avg of 2.5acre, meaning double of national avg.
Now Shocking details, 45% of Pujab's rural population are landless, meaning the actual avg of landholding could be 10acres of landholding families

Another shocker, avg subsidy for rural household annually in Punjab comes to Rs120000, Wild guess what is the income of farmers in Bihar/UP/Bangal per year? Yes - Rs60000-68000.

As per the Agriculture Census 2010-11 and Input Survey quoted in the report, the average size of land holding of marginal farmers, who account for more than 72% of the state’s total holdings, is merely 0.39 hectare.

Min wages for the agriculture workers in UP is Rs 161 per day (with effect from 1-1-2017). In Punjab it's Rs 273 so what does Punjabi farmer do? Get Labour from UP/Bihar even though Punjab has 45% rural population as landless labour..

Here is the data on SC/ST landholding in Punjab. Remember they were 33% of Punjab's rural population in 2009, now they are around 40%. Jat Sikhs comprising 20% of Punjab Population, own 96% of Punjab land.
