1. Here is a list of corporations supporting the run-off campaigns of Loeffler and Perdue.

Loeffler and Perdue have embraced Trump's unhinged fraud conspiracies and support overturning the elect results and installing Trump for a second term.

1. I'm a fan of @OpenSecretsDC but this is absolutely false. The information about post 11/3 corporate donations to Perdue/Loeffler in my newsletter today is simply not available there.

The site does not reflect the 12/3 filings

Even once it updates, it won't be available
@OpenSecretsDC 2. This is nerdy but I'll explain. You can navigate to Perdue's page and click on PAC donations.

That will give you a list of industries.

You can click through each industry to get individual donors.

But that wouldn't tell you which companies donated after 11/3
@OpenSecretsDC 3. Let's look in the Food and Beverage subcategory on Misc Business category. It tells you that Anheuser-Busch donated 5K to Perdue. And nothing from Molson-Coors.

But Actually Anheuser-Busch has donated 20K to Perdue and Molson-Coors 5K.

@OpenSecretsDC has not been updated

1. Due to a legal quirk, the Perdue and Loeffler campaigns don't reveal their recent donors until 12/24.

BUT individual corporate PACs were required to file on 12/3

I reviewed hundreds of filings to uncover Perdue and Loeffler's recent corporate donors

2. The 12/3 corporate PAC filings reveal donations to Perdue and Loeffler between Election Day and November 23.

After Election Day, it was clear these races would determine control of the Senate

These corporations are spending money to keep McConnell in charge

Let's dive in
3. Post-11/3 donations

@Ford (Loeffler, 5K; Perdue 1K)

@BankofAmerica (Perdue, 5K)

@FoxCorp (Perdue, 5K; Loeffler, 5K)

@SPGlobal (Perdue, 5K; Loeffler, 5K)

@MolsonCoors (Perdue, 2.5K; Loeffler, 2.5K)

@Verizon (Perdue, 5K)

@GoldmanSachs (Perdue, 5K)

1. In March and April, when the stock market was tanking, Republicans supported large COVID relief legislation

Since then, things have gotten much worse for PEOPLE, but the MARKET has recovered and the GOP has blocked further relief

popular.info/p/7-months-lat…
2. McConnell is interested in a new COVID relief package which could be because he suddenly cares about the economic condition of working people OR it could be that Perdue and Loeffler are both running on additional COVID relief and he needs one to win

popular.info/p/7-months-lat…
3. But McConnell's proposal is more about saying Republicans support more relief than meeting human needs. Millions of people face eviction in 2021 but McConnell's proposal contains no money for rent support and no extension of the eviction moratorium

1. Six major corporations just called on the new Congress and president-Elect Biden to enact "ambitious" climate policies.

But there political spending SINCE ELECTION DAY suggests they have other priorities.

Let's follow the money.

popular.info/p/six-corporat…
2. @Microsoft, @GoldmanSachs, @BankofAmerica, @Ford, @GM and @DominionEnergy signed the letter pressing Congress to take action on climate

But SINCE ELECTION DAY all six companies have donated thousands to Perdue, Loeffler or both.

popular.info/p/six-corporat…
3. It's a brazen contradiction. If either Loeffler or Perdue win, meaningful climate legislation in the next Congress is effectively impossible.

It would keep Mitch McConnell in charge of the Senate, and he will block any action to limit emissions

1. @Walmart has a massive ad on the Washington Post website today, thanking its employees for working during a deadly pandemic.

Not mentioned: The company has provided ZERO hazard pay since August.

popular.info/p/the-greed-ep…
@Walmart 2. Walmart's hazard pay over the entire course of the pandemic has amounted to an additional 63 cents per hour.

Meanwhile, its net income has so far risen 45% this year to a record $15.6B

The stock is up 41%, adding more than $45B to the Walton fortune

popular.info/p/the-greed-ep…
3. Instead of instituting hazard pay to compensate their workers @Walmart is launching a PR campaign to pretend they are treating their workers well.

Walmart isn't alone. It's been months since @Amazon, @Kroger and others canceled hazard pay

1. It's December in the middle of a deadly pandemic which has brought significant chunks of the economy to a halt and we are still allowing people to be evicted.

This decision is killing people.

popular.info/p/death-by-evi…
2. A study by public health researchers found that "lifting [eviction] moratoriums amounted to an estimated 433,700 excess cases and 10,700 excess deaths" between March 13 and September 3."

Since then, things have gotten much worse.

popular.info/p/death-by-evi…
3. The CDC issued an "eviction moratorium" in September but it's full of holes. Tenants have to fill out a declaration to qualify and many don't even know about it. And it doesn't come with any rent support. So it's creating a bigger problem for January.
