#covid19uk - Detailed positive tests thread. Rolling weekly comparison of totals up to 3 days ago. Now colour-coded by Tier. Red is Tier 3, yellow is Tier 2 and blue is Tier 1.

Same as above but with actual counts intead of per 100K population numbers. Both can be useful depending on whether your focus is on "relative numbers" or "understanding spread of daily report numbers".

Tiers / Sub-region thread. My version of the bubble chart used in the 26-Nov report to help justify the allocation of new tiers. This is the version by 'Sub-Region' as shown in the report but plotted with the latest available age data up to 07-Dec.

Dashboard for 12-Dec to explain where the #covid19uk total death increase figure of 519 actually comes from. The PHE dataset merge resulted in a net of 126 additional deaths today. This moves the 7 day rolling average up by 17.5 to 432.6.

Updated chart from 31-Oct lockdown press conference with latest England date-of-death data (latest 4 days faded out for lag):

Same chart from 31-Oct lockdown press conference, but with scenarios all aligned at the 100 deaths/day level on 11-Oct. This is an arguably more fair way to look at it since it lines up the curves with the real events.

21,502 new #covid19uk positives reported today (12-Dec). Below is a chart of the latest data available by Specimen Date (the date the person took the test) with today's added numbers highlighed in yellow. More naton / region charts further down the thread.

Separate charts for England (17468) Scotland (1064) Wales (2494) and Northern Ireland (476). Note the different scales. Also on certain days the specimen-date data for Wales/Northern Ireland doesn't get updated so the yellow bars may be mising or include multiple day's numbers.

And England regions, starting with North West, North East, Yorkshire & Humber and West Midlands. Again, note the different scales.
