1n Like every poor farmer the #FrugalIndian too was protesting for subsidies. An INC saw me begging & decided to subside my lunch/protest. He offered me a very basic meal as behooves a tiller & toiler such as myself 
2n To start there was Andalusian cauliflower sautéed in first press mustard extract, titillating spiced with Swedish winter cumin & Bolivian curcuma
3n this was followed by knödels in the “malayee caufta” style - made of delicately spiced winter gourds in a light & tangy yoghurt sauce
4n then followed the “melange du verts” of assorted early winter blossom vegetables in a onion & ginger ragout, thickened with fried lentils
5n “Souppe du Yoghurt” - a rawjastonny speciality of lightly spiced yoghurt, made from the milk of desert camels extracted at noon on the vernal equinox by damsels singing traditional “rawjpootaana” songs, served with tempura of Swaziland vchickpea flour
6n high altitude Andean tubers, picked by specially trained, orphan condors hand raised on the slopes of mount Chimborazo, cooked in a gangetic “aucharee” mixture
7n Petit pois flown in from the glacial fields of Iceland, warmed through with wilted carpathian fenugreek leaves
8n A highly exotic “verts surprises” of desert “ker” berry & “sangri” legumes, picked on a moonlit night by black desert ewes, cooked in traditional spices.
9nOriental tzatziki in the “rayeeta” style, whipped by hand, tempered with roasted cumin & fresh apiaceae grown in our exclusive hydroponic facilities in Antarctica, festooned with crunchy jewels of fried chickpea “bhoondy”
10n accompanied by a lightly fermented barley drink, in the “lager” style and .....
11n finished with a vegan, caramelised lentil “haalooah” cooked in luscious buerre noisette & served up with hand toasted, hand flaked, Argentine almonds, transported on horseback by gauchos across the antiplano, & hand roasted on a wood flame.
