Me watching the @jimmy_dore /@AOC mess.... @professordarwin was just talking about the drama loop and how it only helps the opposition.
In this case, I don't think people are communicating very well.

Should we try to push establishment people to more progressive positions? Absolutely.
Would a M4A vote be cool to see rep's positions? Also yes.
Is it worth expending post-election political capital to see? Depends on whether it can really win.
Can it win? Depends on Georgia.
With the uncertainty, would that political capital be better used elsewhere? Depends on how you look at it. (This is the actual point of contention. Nobody believes AOC suddenly doesn't want M4A.)
Doing the work Beau: "Pick battles big enough to matter and small enough to win"
Commentator Beau: "In the US everybody needs healthcare now."
There isn't a fundamental disagreement on the destination. Just how to get there.
As a commentator, it's really easy to be an ideological purist and see things in black and white. When I leave the shop and try to get stuff done, there's a whole world of gray out there.
That gray world is why I don't trash people's strategies unless they're actually harmful.
The opposition is lighting themselves up from every angle right now and we're all laughing at the red on red fire because of how harmful it is to their effectiveness.
Maybe go to DM with this?

Several people asked for videos precovid where I say there's going to be a recession and confirm Biden's claim that manufacturing tanked before covid. Dropping them in the comments.
Somebody should really weaponize the conspiracy theory crowd for good.
Masks protect you from the Democrat Deep State surveillance system.
Climate change is real, but it's caused by aliens cooperating with Obama to raise the temp of the planet to make it livable for them.
Protecting vegetation and forests helps us hide from invading UN forces.
Americans not having healthcare is because the Chinese paid off Obama to weaken the country.
Glance in a contractor Facebook group. Everybody's cracking jokes about ambushes. I don't get it. Hop on Twitter and see what caused them to start talking about it.
When literal mercenaries have lost all sympathy for deputies, there's a major public relations issue for cops .
Generally, there's always been some "profession of arms" camaraderie. Apparently, that's all gone.
For context: When those guys tried to invade Venezuela or whatever hair brained thing they were doing it was opposition contractors who kept them relatively well treated. There's a gentleman's agreement that apparently doesn't extend to cops anymore.
I don't know who needs to hear this but if you contract with security consultants or bodyguards and something happens leading to their arrest, do not tweet about it. Even if you think you're helping.
If you hire them as consultants and they aren't licensed for armed work in whatever state, and you identify them as your security, you just handed them charges.
If they are they are licensed to do provide location security and they act as private citizens to defend you, and you call them bodyguards, you might be handing them charges.
