Gov. DeSantis suggests one dose of Pfizer vaccine may be enough floridapolitics.com/archives/38861…
Along with wearing a mask over your eyes not nose and mouth
“Instead of giving two doses, as recommended by the pharmaceutical manufacturer, to high-risk populations such as nursing home residents and front-line hospital workers, perhaps one dose could do, the Governor suggested Friday.”
“It was a bit strange that DeSantis on Friday said that perhaps the number of Florida residents who receive COVID-19 vaccinations could be boosted — by not following Pfizer Inc.’s recommended instructions for its vaccine candidate.”

This is excellent analysis by ⁦@domarkus⁩ on DeSantis’ authoritarian attempt to silence critics like ⁦@GeoRebekahthehill.com/opinion/crimin…
“DeSantis should not be using potentially lethal force to go after a political enemy. It undermines the public's confidence in government and in law enforcement.”
“There was absolutely no reason for agents to be in their riot gear with drawn guns in this situation. If we've learned anything this year, we've learned that these encounters often do not end well. Law enforcement had to know that there were two small children in the house.”

It's great knowing there are other Florida attorneys like @RonGOPVet4Biden willing to speak to truth to power under the this DeSantis reign
"After reading the warrant, though, Filipkowski said he was "even more shocked." As he explained, "the crime alleged is basically like a computer hack," and he has frequently defended people accused of that. Although the relevant statute is "broadly worded," its purpose is to
prevent things like identity fraud, hostile third parties crashing servers and intellectual property theft. "The statute is not designed to prevent somebody from sending an email or a text message," Filipkowski pointed out. "So I just thought,

Here is Governor DeSantis' brief filed today seeking that I be sanctioned for filing appeal of his refusal to issue temporary closure of beaches and stay at home order. The brief acknowledges that I have proceed in this matter in good faith,

yet demands that I be sanctioned. The brief concludes that time spent on this case “could have been spent on innumerable other pressing matters related to the health, welfare and safety of Floridians.” One wonders actions for health and safety of Floridians he would have
preferred to spend his time on? Instituting a mandatory mask order, which he has yet to do? Or perhaps he’s referring to the time he and his staff have been spending on organizing a 200 person superspreader party with Florida’s legislators?

This is not a joke unfortunately. The Fla. Dept. of Law Enforcement released a statement with release of bodycam video of @GeoRebekah asking "individuals who criticized these public safety heroes to apologize & condemn the actions of Ms. Jones." Image
FDLS also said "the media should also demand Ms. Jones release the entirey of her video."

Nice work DeSantis. Nice work
The grammatical/spacing errors in this statement were too many to count

Pennsylvania filed its opposition to to Texas case supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/2…
"At bottom, Texas seeks to invoke this Court’s original jurisdiction to achieve the extraordinary relief of
disenfranchising all Pennsylvanians who voted and
one-tenth of the voters in the entire Nation. Such relief
would, of course, be “drastic and unprecedented,
disenfranchising a huge swath of the electorate.” Donald J.
Trump for President, Inc., 2020 WL 7012522, at *7. In
support of such a request, Texas brings to the Court
only discredited allegations and conspiracy theories
that have no basis in fact.
