Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, . . . shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. 18 USC 912.
Only the electors who won on November 3 are acting under authority of Article II of the Constitution. The fake Republican electors today are "falsely assum[ing] or pretend[ing]" to be electors. That's unlawful. #ElectoralCollegeVote #RuleOfLaw #ElectoralCollege
