Sad news:FG via SMEDAN not Buhari & Bank of Agriculture is currently receiving applications from small businesses across the country as part of its N5m matching fund program. Collateral free loans of between N1.2m to N5m. U must be operating in Gwarinpa, Abuja, Oyo, kaduna states

2: Businesses should posses a Tax identification number and must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Ensure your business is registered with SMEDAN. Go to the MSME mass registration portal to register .

Sad news: FG not Buhari will start the construction of 300,000 housing next week called “Family Homes Fund”. A minimum of 400 houses in each of the 774LGAs in the country & Gwarinpa, Auchi, Awka, Agbede, Umuahia, creating 1.8m jobs

2: The 1 , 2 & 3 bedroom unit will cost as little as between N1.8m to N2m while financial assistance would be available to pay the mortgage. Don’t panic , you can buy the house with N100k and be paying small small

3: to kickstart the housing project , CBN has already committed N200bn facility and the Ministry of Finance has guaranteed 5% of that facility. Financing will be arranged through the designation of a Homes ‘ warehouse Agent who will purchase the completed homes from developers

May I beg Chief Justice of Nigeria & National Judicial Commission to issue practice direction to all High Court Judges to refuse any application against state judicial panel against SARS by serving / retired police officers. A retired police person got a restraining order in Edo

2: CJN should note that the peace& progress of our nation depends on the independence of that panel& nothing should be done to impede their proceedings. We should not allow frivolous applications against them. CJN should protect them. Wait till panel winds down b4 complaining

3: IG of Police should direct compulsory attendance of allegedly indicted police officers serving / retired to HONOUR the panel’s summon. Issue a circular to all police formations . The outcome of ENDSARS panel will increase foreign direct investment in Nigeria.
