Update: !ran hs begun construction near its underground nuclear facility.

In July there ws an explosion at this site which !ran hd called a sabotage attack.

2/2 !ran is presently enriching uranium up to 4.5%, which is way above the permitted--3.67%. it hs also threatened European countries to ease sanctions or it'll increase the enrichment to 20%.
One thing is for sure !ran is NOT doing this alone.
