Another reason why it’s impossible to rig a national election in America: Our country has election laws/safeguards that have been in place for decades. If one party was going to rig 3-4 swing state cities (as Republicans claim happened in 2020) that party would...
... They would have to change those laws in those swing state cities at the last minute. And they would have to do it through a corrupt judiciary rather than through the legislature as the constitution clearly lays out.

[continued]
And if they were do it through a corrupt judiciary, than we would expect to see a corrupt judiciary declining to even hear the evidence post-election. They would most likely simply decline to hear the cases.

[continued]
And there’s no way they could pull any of this off, not in our country anyway, because America’s citizenry would never tolerate such blatant corruption in our electoral system. You would need almost the entire news media misinforming it’s viewers.

[continued]
I’m sorry but I refuse to believe that nearly all of America’s major corporate news networks would be ok with cheating incumbent President Trump from winning 4 more years in office. It’s tin-hattery.

They knew they couldn’t beat Trump in those battleground states in a fair, OnePersonOneVote fight. So instead, they made it as easy as possible for fraud to occur. At the last minute...
...right before the election, they circumvented the legislature (in violation of the constitution) & relied on a corrupt judiciary to help them change key election laws, laws that have long served as vital safeguards

in ensuring that our elections are kept free, fair, and transparent. And they continue to rely on this corrupt judiciary, post-election, to keep the evidence from being heard and reaching the light of day.

Here are the number of bellwether counties that did not match with the results of the general election going all the way back to 1984:

1984: 0
1988: 2
1992: 1
1996: 0
2000: 0
2004: 1
2008: 1
2012: 0
2016: 0
2020: 18 <———👀

[continued]
In 2012, 100% (19/19) of those counties voted for the winner (Obama) and in 2016, again, 100% of these same counties voted for the winner (Trump) but 4 years later only 1 of 19 voted for the “winner”?

[continued]
Why would all of these voters in these counties suddenly feel so differently than the “will of the people”? Because...

It’s impossible to get away with rigging an election. If this election was rigged by way of rigging 3-4 key swing state cities, as Republicans claim, then this election would’ve produced a ton of data anomalies and irregularities. We would expect to see things like:
• bellwether counties would suddenly stop being bellwether counties despite decades of near 100% consistency

• the rigged cities would produce implausibly high urban turnout but demographically identical cities in neighboring battleground states would have normal urban turnout
• you would have an implausibly high number of Biden-only ballots (no down ballot selections) but the same phenomenon would not be seen with Trump ballots

“State legislatures have the power to appoint electors after election day, if and only if the election has ‘failed’.”

Dems are freaking out because a fellow Dem is warning them, albeit as gentle as possible, that Trump definitely has a path to victory. lessig.medium.com/team-trumps-en…
I’d say a “failed election” would look a helluva lot like this one. An election riddled with numerous statistical impossibilities, whistleblowers,
thousands of witness affidavits, vote switching, fractional votes, destruction of evidence... [cont]
never before seen anomalies such as all the bellwether counties suddenly not being bellwether counties, Trump wining both Ohio & Florida but not neighboring battleground states, the very same states that stopped counting in the middle of the night only to resume with huge..[cont]
