Bolivia is hosting a congress of Latin America's social movements, chaired by Evo Morales. The aim is to lead the unification and liberation of the continent, on the basis of 'plurinationalism' to reflect the diversity of the cultures of the people.
The @CONAIE_Ecuador say that neoliberal governments are scared because the indigenous people of the Americas are uniting.
Argentina's workers union are also present. They say it was an honour to provide shelter and refuge for Evo Morales and all those persecuted by Bolivia's former coup regime.
Indigenous and social movement leaders from Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Venezuela and Brazil are also particpating. This will be a two day conference.

Bolivia's far-right terror group 'Resistencia Juvenil Cochala' have announced that they'll cut water supplies to the working-class districts in the Zona Sud of Cochabamba, as revenge for protests against the coup regime in those districts.
The terror group has begun to lay bricks to cover entrances to the governors office. Some have warned that a coup could take place against the MAS governor of Cochabamba.
