Oh no I lost a bunch of followers. What did you guys find out about me?
I put on one Christmas a capella record and BAM hundreds of followers disappear.
Also this isn’t some challenge thing I was very confused but the only objectionable thing I could think of was the record.

I am shopping a piece that you guys will hate though so maybe it’s foresight?
God did this so that I would know that there’s new Mike Posner music so if you need me any time in the next 36 minutes of listening you’re out of luck.

Kimberly Klacik spent $89 per vote in 2020. Her opponent, who won by over 40 points, spent $4 per vote.

I just post facts.
For context, that’s nearly 5x what Beto O’Rourke spent per vote to lose to Ted Cruz in 2018.
We’re living through a golden age of grifting but Klacik is a no-question first ballot hall of famer.

“$1200?! Have you even CONSIDERED the deficit, good man?!”
I think the debt is definitely an overlooked issue but a) I couldn’t not make this joke b) I think conservatives should re-examine fiscal policy sacred cows and c) we’re in a unique situation.
The Venn diagram of people who care about the deficit and people who have said the word “scoundrel” out loud is a full circle.

Who’s up for another side-by-side?

I’m beginning to think that perhaps the media’s coverage of Democratic and Republican cabinet appointees might be...a little different.

I want you to look really, really hard and tell me if you can spot the difference.👇
I understand that these two individuals are different, with different qualifications for different jobs.

But @washingtonpost, you’ve gotta recognize that when one nom gets a glowing write up of airport romance, and the other gets pilloried, that you’re sending a message, right?
I mean cmon @washingtonpost. Remember how you used to talk about Trump nominees?

I ask this earnestly: is there any evidence - even a shred - that if Biden or some other Democrat were in the White House that things would be different? That we wouldn’t be seeing thousands of people die every day?
If you think there is, I would encourage you to prove evidence. Because Democratic governors have, overwhelmingly, failed to confront this pandemic, which has played out mostly at the state level.
Seven of the ten states with the highest mortality rates per capita have Democratic governors. That doesn’t count Gov. Charlie Baker of MA, who has governed the way most blue states governors have.

So where’s the evidence? statista.com/statistics/110…

We were promised @realDonaldTrump was lying when he said there would be a coronavirus vaccine by the time the year was over.

Yesterday’s news makes me think it’s time for a trip down memory lane.👇
First we had the fact checks.

Back when Trump first floated (and then promised) a vaccine before the end of the year, there were many across the media.

The most well known was probably @NBCNews, who also doubled down on this one.
A lot of people picked up and repeated @NBCNews’s fact check, including @GeoffRBennett and @kylegriffin1.

leave it to the commentary class to turn "dude who masturbates during a Zoom call with colleagues" into a "subject of debate"
sometimes you don't need to make a subject more complicated than it appears
You should all read this piece because it’s an absolute masterclass in depravity. I’ll highlight some favorites below.

“the Zoom meeting was not the f it at time Mr. Toobin has surprised someone in the business with his sexual forewardness.” is a real quote.
