Many ppl asked is it OK recite Guru Beej Mantra 11 times yesterday. Let me explain there is a difference between Combination of Beejas which form a tantra kot mantra like the Navarn Mantra in Siddh Kunjika strotam which is essentially from Rudra Mayal Tantra & beejas for Grahas.
The beeja mantra for Grahas are used appropriate the Grahas, reduce their malefic affects & increase benific effects. They can be chanted 11 times or 21 times as a Astrologer may prescribe to you depending on your kundli. Chanting it on one of days has no side effects.
Many people like Ganesh Mantra where OM GAM GANPATAYE NAMAH, where GAM is the Beej for Ganesh ji. Or people do OM DUM DURGAYE NAMAH where DUM is beej for Ma Durga or OM SHAM SHANICHARAYE NAMAH where SHAM is Shani Beej.
A tantra kot mantra is formed by combining various beejas having syllables like Kuru Kuru Swaha or Phat Swaha along with Other beejas which makes the mantra tantric. Beejas is just like seeds of energy it only depends on how you combine them and use it.
When u chant Ganesh Beej GAM or Durga Beej DUM or Shani beej SHAM it by itself will not give that side effects but will be benefic if done to appropriate grahas. Many of you chant Ganesh & Shani mantras daily do u find any negative effects in your life. Never be fearful.
But again never do Sadhna or Japas as in malas of Beej mantras without recommendation or diksha specially combination of Beejas that forms a tantric mantra. By just chanting 11 times Guru Beej mantra one day cant not give you side effects. Pls dont go the fear mongers.
