Baru je habis buku Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki.
5 things yang I rasa everyone should know:
1. Tak semestinya kena quit kerja 9-5 to be rich, tak semestinya kena bukak business sendiri to be rich.
Ada 4 quadrant:
Employee, Self-employed, Business Owner and Investor.
2. Semua orang lain caranya.
Ada orang sesuai jadi employee, tak sesuai jadi business owner, sebab sukakan job security.
Ada orang sesuai jadi self employed and bukan employee.
3. Tak semestinya ada busines, you are a business owner.
Macam mana nak bezakan?
S people if tak kerja, duit mmg takkan masuk, S tak boleh tinggalkan kerja.
B people spends time to create a system, so that dorang boleh tinggalkan kerja and business will run eventho dia takde.
If you have a business but everything depends on you, you are actually Self employed.
Example paling senang is McD, dorang busines jual burger, they are on the B quadrant, sbb dorang ada system.
Tapi berapa ramai lagi penjual burger yang kita tahu dorang boleh masak burger lagi sedap dari McD? Ramai.
Tapi most of them are S and bukan B, sbb dorang takde system.
Beza S dgn B is system. So if you are S want to be B, spend time to create system.
Sbb tu nak bukak franchise busines mahal, sbb you are actually buying their system.
4. To be rich is to be on both left and right side of quadrant.
If you are an E, then learn to Invest (I).
If you work for people (E) and want to be an S, then start doing side gigs and the money you have, invest them (I).
If you are an S, but actually wants to be a B, then take time to build your system, and be a B. Bila dah ada busines sendiri, jadi E for your own company. Then duit yang ada invest, jadi I.
5. It's important for you to analyse yourself and see which quadrant you are at your core and which quadrant you want to be.
School teaches us to be the left quadrant; employee and self employed.
To be on the right side, it's a journey for you to teach yourself.
