THEY just hung up on me “due to extenuating circumstances” and said to try again later WTF!!! I was on hold for 3 hours all for nothing @BankofAmerica @BofA_Help

Like bitch what circumstances?? we’re the ones suffering!!! I’m soooo damn mad but I’m lucky that I’m not hurting as much as others are but stilll this is some unnecessary BS 😠

Just made it to the second verification now I’m waiting for “risk” AGAIN so they can lift the block 😳🙄 this was the first time I’ve had someone give a little bit of an explanation. They said EDD did an update, causing a glitch. the 2-3 hours starts NOW I guess #bankofamerica

saw this on Reddit this morning for those that have no clue what’s going on with their #bankofamerica #CAEDD debit cards. The closest answer we’ll have until they update us, if they ever do 🤔 way to keep us in the dark!! what about those that don’t even use the internet!?

Okay everyone I finally got through after 2 hrs 27 minutes! They said my acc had been compromised, had to disconnect my WF acc from my BoA acc on the website. Now I have to wait for my new card in the mail, which honestly still doesn’t help the money situation😠 @BankofAmerica

I’ve been calling since 6pm last night and finally got help. People need to pay their rent in a couple days and now we need to wait a week to be able to touch our money???This is beyond unfair, and still nothing said about it by @BankofAmerica @CA_EDD or @WellsFargo @GavinNewsom
