There is age discrimination rampant during hiring. Older people are viewed as burden. I believe it’s untrue at least for management and leadership positions. Educated older people now use technology as frequently as younger people. Every aspect of job gets better as we age.
Don’t forget this is the generation which invented supersonic jet and personal computer. Most companies retire their people in 60s. This is not a good idea. People are investment. With rising awareness on fitness people live mental and physically healthy well in their 80s.
And the more we employ the older people, the more we save on pension. One day most of the countries will become bankrupt paying pensions as life becomes longer and in few decades more than 50% people will be living for 100 yrs. Imagine paying pension for 40 years post retirement
Age related discrimination in hiring should fall. Countries political leadership should put efforts to create more job opportunities instead of retiring people at 60. So long as I am feeling physically and mentally active, I don’t want to retire.
Cant imagine if I was in a job and asked to retire in next 3-5 years. I think I will be in the peak of my performance in next 5-8 years. What a waste of resource it will be with all the years of experience and wisdom gathered over the years asked to sit home and wait to die.

Many people say they feel drained after exercise. Training should always leave u better than when you started. If not, some things are wrong. Possible reasons could be
1) Hydration. Not drinking enough water during your exercise. You should drink at least 500 ml water
2) Failing to fuel yourself properly. Training fasted on weight training or HIIT days. Being on very low carb diet. Pay attention to your nutrition and hydration
3) Doing the wrong kind of exercise- Not all exercises are equal and meant for everyone.Everyone..
..is not built to do same exercise. Body weight HIIT sessions and boot camps are designed to wreck you. How much u sweat, how heavy u breathe are no signs of effective workout. If it’s weight training session leave couple of reps in the tank. U don’t have to lift to fail

Let me introduce to you this guy in the right most of image - Mukesh. We release an order on him today for some major automation of our production line.
His father was an ice cream seller. And everyday would lose money as ice creams would melt. He used to go to some govt school but never enjoyed being there. He quit school and joined a small workshop as a peon serving tea to visitors
Almost 11/2 years back we were searching for someone to make hydraulic fixtures for precision production to automate a production line. I googled and found his page on FB. Asked my team to call him. When I first met him was shocked as he looked more like a shop floor helper.

Lot of people ask how to approach running. Most people set out on unplanned jogs. Many start to get injuries or pain and leave it. Running is a wonderful form of sport. Here are some of the things that has helped me and will help any beginner.
Warm up & Cool down – Warmups minimize your risk for injuries. Jog for a comfortable 8-10 mins before starting your run. Do some dynamic warmup exercises – Walking lunges, knee hugs, Straight leg kicks, Ankle pulls, high knees, butt kicks, lateral shuffle.
After your run cool down with 5-10 min jog to flush the lactic acid out of your legs. Foam roll to reduce soreness and will help you keep your muscles getting knots. There are many videos on YouTube to show how to foam roll

One morning every month I spend checking out what my savings is doing and any thing needs to be done. It’s frustrating to see that for every 100 Rs I earn, I hardly get 50% to spend. Rest all goes to various direct and indirect taxes. Some tips to create wealth
The smartest thing I ever did, financially, was decide to save a percentage of each salary. I began by putting 10% and gradually increasing as salary increased. Every month without fail. Never to pull out of that fund. The first time I used that fund was for sons wedding.
You make sudden more money and splurge. This can create a problem. So be careful with your spending even if you’re suddenly making more than you thought you would. You also will be unhappy if you chase temporary pleasure with money. Try to live just below your means, than above.

31 years into the marriage and still happy in the relationship certainly qualifies me to pass down some free ka relationship gyan to others. This pic last year at Rishikesh. This is first time in three decades we are home for anniversary
1. Have realistic expectations. Happily ever after doesn’t exist. Somedays it’s struggle and somedays u feel like the luckiest person in the world
2. Respect is the most important factor in a relationship. Not love, kids, religion, communication etc etc
3. Talk about everything. Most importantly things that hurt. The key to maintain trust is being transparent to each other.
4. Give each other loads of space. Two healthy individuals make relationship work. Give ur partner freedom and independence. Let them be who they are
