Confirmed: @SenateCloakroom described S.5085 in wrap-up memo tonight as a measure that would "Increase the additional 2020 recovery rebates and repeal section 230."
Per two aides familiar, the bill also includes language establishing a commission to study and report on election fraud. Details TK.

This bill, to be clear, is precisely what Trump said would happen in his Sunday statement!
Items of note about the GOP combo bill:
-$2K checks language is different from House bill; doesn't add in adult dependents.
-it's a flat repeal of Sect 230, which is, to put it charitably, an invitation to chaos.
-election cmte is 18 members; 9 appt'd by Pelosi, 9 by McConnell.

The "2020 Bipartisan Advisory Committee" is set up under @EACgov. Its ambit explicitly includes matters of GOP concern ("mail-in ballots, absentee ballots, and vote-by-mail procedures") but not matters of Dem concern (voter suppression, ballot access, etc.).
