Beginning of 2020 was quite normal.
But no one knew what was about to happen !

During March Covid reached almost every part of the world & was at its peak.
Many people lost their loved ones.

Covid forced the governments to put a strict lockdown.
The lockdown was an advantage to spend more time with your loved ones.

As every sector was shut down, the pollution level drastically reduced & the effect was we could hear the chirps of birds loud & clear, dolphins appeared on the surface near the shores, etc.
Pollution needs to be controlled or our upcoming generations will suffer a lot.

Slowly as the lockdown was consistently forced down, the number of cases slowed up.
Thanks to the government, Covid frontline workers & all the people who stayed away from their families so that we can stay with our loved ones.

Fitness - Lockdown kept us within the 4 walls closed.
