10/ Vaccine to return to normal - turns out the vaccine only reduces symptoms so social distancing and masks still required. End of December, running out of doses so 2nd doses have been delayed to 12 weeks

11/ Track and Trace app - The “world beating app” lauded as central to any hope of lifting social distancing rules as it would allow transmission of the virus to be tracked - hit by delays and continued blunders

16/ Promises to “put a ring around care homes” - actually care homes were left without adequate PPE, testing and to free up the NHS many infected patients were discharged into the homes

17/ April 2020 - Laptops for young people to learn at home… Nov 2020 schools struggling to access the laptops for the pupils

18/ 50,000 retired medical staff called upon… no evidence that they are being used and Doctors who have joined were asked to be involved with things like contact tracing (no qualifications required). (as NHS stretched as staff self isolating following positive tests)
