They are all discussing their specific experience developing the project at various points along the way. Speaking about working at the Ranch, Cavan Scott said they had to "literally chuck us out!"

Talking about the state of things during this era, Michael Siglain says, "It is the golden age of the Jedi..."

Cavan Scott on the accessibility of the Jedi, "There are outposts on every major planet across the galaxy..."

Charles Soule talking about the inspiration behind the era, using the two Camelot periods, Arthurian and 1960's America, and using those ideas to form the current state of the galaxy.

Charles Soule talking about the "great disaster" that kicks off the story, "...there are lots of other great events to come."

Phase One runs through 2021 into 2022 but Michael Siglain wouldn't reveal how far. Each phase has a theme and name...

EA will be releasing a bunch of The High Republic add-ons for Star Wars Squadrons and other projects are in the works.
