30xx Oliver Ave N, possible stand off situation.
Report of armed male who entered a house where he does not reside.
Original report: armed w/gun. Police made contact w/him and said he was armed with a knife which he reportedly set down.

Officers making contact with the male in the doorway, but he's refusing to come out. They are giving him commands and he's not complying.

Male being taken into custody, he has a cell phone in his hand. 11:35

Police said there's a gun in plain view at the scene.

Started as a call about a spin out with a vehicle ending off the road, but then the help call went out for the location. There was a dispatch about a taser being deployed and they were trying to hold someone down.

Columbia Heights - Possible interrupted burglary/theft. Police arrived and three WM suspects fled. Two now in custody, other on the loose, perimeter setting up. WM, dark facial hair, black hoodie, camo jacket.
