@Hadithoftheday Community of Lut A.S.
Allah says in Qur'an:
"And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned."
(Qur'an. Ash-Shu'araa 26: Verse 173)
@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
The people of Lut rejected (his) warning. We sent against them a violent Tornado with showers of stones, except Lut's household:
And (Lut) did warn them of Our Punishment, but they disputed about the Warning. (Surat al-Qamar:, 33-36)
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S went to the city of Sodom after Ibrahim A.S had asked him to do so.
The people of Sodom were of the most immoral and insolent nature. Although they were guilty of many vices, one stands out glaringly among all the rest – homosexuality or sodomy.
@Hadithoftheday Sodomites were the first people in human history to practice homosexuality.
These people would commit perverted deeds openly in their gatherings,& they cut the access of travellers to their roadways, robbing & killing them,after perhaps first forcing them engage in unnatural acts
@Hadithoftheday It was not only some or even a majority of Lut’s A.S people who engaged in such practice; rather it was the entire population.
Allah in His Mercy, caused Lut AS to settle among them so they might perhaps be guided.
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S called them to heed Allah’s command and to worship Him alone, without associating any partner with Him. And he forbade them from their indecent practice and abhorring act. But they ignored and rejected his appeal, and continued in their erroneous unnatural acts.
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S tried to make them look at the awfulness of their perverted habits and criminal behaviours, but they didn't pay heed to his call and gave him threats.
As a result, Allah destroyed them by a severe punishment.
@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
Then it was early dawn, Lut AS departed with his family, except his wife. She remained behind and was afflicted by the punishment along with the wrong doers and wicked townspeople. (Qur’an 54:34)

@Hadithoftheday Surah Yusuf - Chapter no. 12 of Glorious Qur'an. It contains 111 verses.
Surah Yusuf is the only surah in the Qur’an that has a unified story as its theme from the beginning to the end.
The whole surah is nothing but a story.
@Hadithoftheday Allah has titled this surah as “one of the best one” which means it should have something unique.
Allah says in Qur'an:
We relate to you, [O Muhammad], the best of stories in what We have revealed to you of this Quran although you were, before it, among the unaware - (12:3)
@Hadithoftheday Surah Yūsuf is one of the most beautiful and oft-studied Surahs of the Quran.
Surah Yūsuf is unique in that the entire Surah tells a single story from beginning to end. This is not the usual method of storytelling in the Quran.

And the one from Egypt who bought him said to his wife, Make his residence comfortable. Perhaps he will benefit us, or we will adopt him as a son. And thus, We established Joseph in the land that We might teach him the interpretation of events.
(12:21)

@Hadithoftheday Son and father.
Prophet Dawood A.S was the father of Sulaiman A.S.

Dawood A.S was very wise in making decisions, so was his son- Sulayman A.S
@Hadithoftheday Sulaiman A.S ruled over a magnificent kingdom, centred in Jerusalem. Not only was he the ruler of the people, but also of the birds and animals, jinn, clouds and even the wind. There has not been such a glorious and magnificent kingdom seen on earth before or since.
