I'll say, I'm not buying the "Warnock w/o Ossoff victory" stuff. Or the oppo. I just don't see them not going together, And if it did happen, in either formulation, it would be a damn shame! BUT

1. There are no good response options, but of them all, prosecution of everyone that CAN be prosecuted is the most doable.

1. Funny toy should mention that bc I'm wanting to see if @MSNBC might be able to put together a roll of election returns that recounts how Biden's win happened & explains esp how the mail vote that was held "hostage" until midnight in MI & PA (other states too) bc the Trump camp

1. Filibuster reform, to me, is a far more attractive option than outright elimination. The 60 vote thresholds was established during an era when 60 votes was high, but achievable. In terms of ANY non-crisis legislation now, it is not achievable. What will be interesting to see
