#BombayHighCourt will hear the plea filed by Republic TV challenging the FIR and chargesheet filed with by Mumbai Police in relation to the fake #TRPScam uncovered by the police today.
In the previous hearing, Sr Adv Kapil Sibal on instructions had submitted that the statement of not taking any coercive steps against any employee of the Republic TV will continue till January 6, 2021.
On such statement, the Bench of Justices SS Shinde and MS Karnik had adjourned the hearing on the matter to today.
