#BombayHighCourt will hear the plea filed by #ArnabGoswami challenging his illegal arrest and detention by the #RaigadPolice and the subsequent chargesheet implicating Goswami in case pertaining to suicide of Anvay Naik and his mother Kumud Naik today.

Aggarwal: Milords I have been issued summons in the matter from the lower court.

Court: So nothing will happen if you comply with the summons.

Aggarwal: Milords may only hear me, I am ready to go on with the matter.

Court: ok, then come tomorrow in court and argue.
Aggarwal: Milords that may not be possible, as I am in Delhi. This matter may be fixed with the other matters.

Court: Ok, then February 11 it is.
Corrigendum: The chargesheet was filed by the Raigad Police not Mumbai Police.
