As noted earlier, the DC US Attorney filed a lawsuit yesterday charging Michael Pack, Trump appointed US Agency for Global Media CEO, w illegally funneling millions from his not-for-profit 501(c)(3) to his for-profit film making company over a decade....

@DerWouter Whoa! AG Barr & his henchman, EDNY Acting USA Seth DuCharme hid a major corruption case against Harry Sargeant's son & company from the public. The only official reference to the case was first filed w PACER on Sept 15....

..As near as I can tell the only reason the case was heard in the EDNY (Brooklyn) was Seth DuCharme was Acting USA. The ostensible reason appears to be wire transfers passed thru institutions in Brooklyn. Yesterday's Miami Herald article by @DavidJNeal....

In May, a lawyer for a major ins co told me about the Russian mob in Brooklyn still operating the fake no fault ins car accident racket, exploiting doctors in financial straits. One doctor who showed up in court w a missing finger attributed it to a "woodworking accident".....
...Someone who works for a personal injury law firm in S FL told the fake accident racket was ongoing in Miami. Funny how AG Barr has failed to make Russian/Ukrainian organized crime an issue....
...Why no one in the press ever reported about Igor Fruman & his brother making millions in the fake no fault car accident racket which they used to buy property in Sunny Isles, Miami Beach is a mystery. It's spelled out in a court case.. ImageImage
