When a minister complains of over enrollment because NASFAS does not have enough money. If enrollment in Higher Certificate is a problem, stop issuing Grade 12 Certificate with a pass for admission into Higher Certificate Programme. African children are on their own here...!!! 
Blade is anti-thesis of everything Hani fought & lived for. All Professors from other African countries teaching at UCT, Wits, UP, UKZN would tell you that they are products of over enrolment by 500%. They are the best in the world & even the first world universities need them !
Blade has never had a walk about in any African University. He has never visited Makerere in Kampala, UNILAG or UNIN in NIGERIA, Cairo etc where he would see what over enrollment ment is....He needs to be stripped of his PhD....
