Today is my birthday so here’s a list of lessons I’ve learned in my 22 years (In no order of importance).

7.) Do not neglect your mental health
8.) Look at people in their eyes and listen to them.
9.) In order to appreciate happiness you need to experience sadness.

10.) Stop sharing your life with everyone, keep things to yourself - Instead of pouring yourself out to everyone pour into yourself.

30.) People that hate themselves need to be shown love (If you have no one to do that then i’m sorry, but you need to learn how to be there for yourself) this will make you incredibly strong.
31.) my best chances are pursuing a meaningful life through hard work, sacrifice, and selflessness. I’ll dedicate myself to becoming as strong and plentiful as I can be generous in the future.
