In new video, Donald Trump condemns the rioters at the U.S. Capitol: "You do not represent our country.”

Only a day before he said about these same people: “We love you; you’re very special.”

In the video, Trump says he’s now turning to the “smooth orderly and seamless transition of power.” But he still refuses to congratulate Joe Biden or even recognize him as the President-Elect.

Trump has spent weeks promoting this event; right-wing allies amplified the message and vowed to use force; yet the Capitol Police were still woefully unprepared.
