Taking time out from a challenging situation to rethink, rebalance & try a different approach takes courage.

It's not a failure.
"I must not give up!" gets confused with "let me take a step back"

You can work yourself to death using a butter knife to turn a screw... or you can take 5 minutes to get a screwdriver.

Hard work is meaningless without the right tools.
Resilience is not giving up on constantly improving. Ego is refusing to accept something just doesn't fit.

We're guilty of ego a lot of the time.
