The entering a restricted government building charge appears to be a misdemeanor. It wasn't clear to me from the brief mention in the press conference if Evans faces one charge or two -- but now I'm thinking one that they described a couple of ways nbcnews.com/politics/congr…
Misdemeanors carry fines and up to a year in prison.
