1) Thread entitled: 'Overview of the illegal firearms laws passed by the Federal government'

Federal gun control laws have been in effect more or less since the 1934 National Firearms Act (NFA) was enacted.

2) National Firearms Act of 1934

It set up excise taxes for the manufacturing and transfer of certain firearms & required permits(permission slips) for the ownership of weapons including the following:
-Machine guns
-Short barreled rifles & shotguns
-Suppressors

3a) Gun Control Act of 1968

This act requires gun sellers to obtain a federal firearms license to operate "legally" & banned mail order purchase of firearms.

3b) The act also banned the importation of inexpensive handguns known as “Saturday night specials,” which gave poor people access to guns to protect themselves in urban areas.

3c) The law also requires owners register the weapons and the owners who purchased them using a federal form called Form 4473. The form contained information on the gun’s model and serial number, along with personal information about the buyer.

4a) Firearm Owners' Protection Act of 1986

This was passed with the intent of addressing problems with previous federal gun laws after a Senate subcommittee found an incredible 75% of ATF prosecutions “were aimed at ordinary citizens who had neither criminal intent nor knowledge

4b) but were entrapped by agents into unknowing technical violations.”

The law banned the sale of machine guns manufactured after that point to government, and government only.

5) Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988

As TJ Martinell points out, if we adopted the attitude of the Founders, all guns would be “undetectable.”

6) Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993

This act requires federal background checks on all firearm purchasers, effectively implementing a “guilty until proven innocent” policy concerning gun rights.

7a) Bump Stock Ban of 2018

Implemented at the request of Pres. Trump himself, this was supposedly to protect people against mass shootings.

7b) But as Martinell points out again: Regardless of how effective a bump stock ban might b in preventing mass shootings or reducing casualty count (not very), the feds have no authority delegated to them to enact such a rule, under the Constitution, this power doesn't exist.

In the end - the number of federal gun control laws and regulations that are authorized by the constitution is ZERO.
It does NOT require a "scholar" to interpret what "shall not be infringed" means

9) The provision in the Constitution granting the right to all to bear arms is a limitation upon the power of the Legislature to enact any law to the contrary. The exercise of a right can't be made subject to the will of the gov't. - People vs. Zerillo, 219 Mich. 635

The treatment of the Palestinians by the Zionist Jews, finally ignites enough anger in the Arab world for Egypt, Jordan and Syria to mobilize on Israel’s borders.

Ok before we get rolling here, just let me say; this is a "highlight reel" there's more crimes that cannot be mentioned here, than will be.

2) All of this information comes straight out of books that I have read over the years, and I am merely putting that info into timeline form.

The overriding question of 2016 was how eager the American people were to reject the bipartisan class that has ruled this country contrary to the majority of its citizen's convictions.

2) Eager enough to throw out the baby with their dirty bathwater, the ruling class's united front in response to the 2008 financial crisis ignited a Tea Party movement which called for adherence to our nation's Constitution,

3) which then led to elections that gave control of both houses of Congress to the Republican Party. But, instead of reforming D.C., as was that party's mandate, Republicans instead became full partners in the ruling class's headlong rush toward a New World Order

1) Thread entitled: 'The Agenda'

Perhaps the single most striking feature of UN Agenda 2030, which Obama unlawfully signed America onto, is the practically undisguised roadmap to international communism it creates.

2) To begin with, consider the agenda's Goal 10, which calls on the UN, national governments, and every person on Earth to "reduce inequality within and among countries."

3) To do that, the agreement continues, will "only be possible if wealth is shared and income inequality is addressed."

1) Short thread to clarify a few things:

Just to set the record straight; I don't come on twitter and bang the drums of liberty and then walk back into RL and violate the principles that I espouse here!

2) Unlike many, I don't say #TaxationIsTheft and then go pay Income Tax. I stopped paying them in the 1990s despite the duress and hardships that the gov't tried very hard to inflict onto me.

When I realized how important it was to refuse compliance I stood by principle

3) Likewise, I have done the same with the mask tyranny. Without digressing into specifics, I can say with 100% honesty that my refusal to wear a mask has cost my a lot of money and has caused me many inconveniences
