The Government has rejected–or in some cases ignored–our recommendations.

It’s astounding that the Government won’t even look closely at those findings, let alone do anything about them."

The Govt could have softened that blow by announcing that it would keep the £20 increase. Instead, it has chosen to keep households in the dark over whether this lifeline will continue."
