If it’s OK that a portal retains all the traffic & sends none to your own website, @rummage4_prop is not for you
If you’re OK with a portal not being able to cope with your rich content and 4K HD photos & videos, Matterport, etc, again, @rummage4_prop is not the site for you
If you’re fine with a portal eating your lunch by using the data it gathers from the content you work hard to garner, @rummage4_prop really is not the property site for you
If you’re OK with the above as they upload your listings for free, @rummage4_prop may not be for you
If you’re attracted to a portal because it gives you the opportunity to earn small commissions from the sale of soft furnishings, etc, then @rummage4_prop is absolutely not the property site for you
If you like a portal with a complex membership structure, forget @rummage4_prop
If you’re fine with a portal that pushes 3rd party ads competing directly with your own activities, maybe stay away from @rummage4_prop?
If it’s OK with you for a portal to have a sketchy App or none at all & poor functionality across multiple devices, avoid @rummage4property
If you’re not bothered by the poor search functionality of a portal, don’t look too closely at @rummage4_prop
If you don’t mind paying a different rate to that of many other customers of the same portal, the flat rate policy of @rummage4_prop will probably not interest you
If you love banner ads, featured properties, boosted listings + other gimmicky distractions from the fundamental function of a portal, you may be disappointed by @rummage4_prop
If these statements ring a bell with you, however, you really do need to look at @rummage4_prop

@rummage4_prop is an incredible property utility. The clearest & easiest way to Present Property Properly!
It's a very reasonably priced subscription-based property search system (£100 + VAT pm). As a paid-for, it doesn't need to take any commissions from third-party suppliers.
Everyone is curious about broadband (mobile/fixed) speeds, mobile phone signal strength and the best deals that are out there. Either for their existing home or the one they're interested in moving to.
Here's a FREE service to give you all the info you need.
A highly active sales market is fantastic for agents - healthy pipelines created, plenty of completion fees anticipated - BUT this needs to be continually fed by a reciprocal - or preferably higher - number of new instructions.
When the numbers coming on suddenly fall, well....
Combine this with an event that may suddenly reduce your pipeline - the end of the Stamp Duty holiday next month.
Throw in the final end point of the furlough schemes (let's see how many jobs actually remain thereafter) and you have the makings of a perfect storm.
Are current portal costs sustainable when the storm hits?
Rather than headline rates, work out the following:
1. Your aggregate portal costs per available listing p.m.
Hyper-local portal: So just a collection of listings from local agents, am I right?
So WRONG! Much, much more than that.
The properties are merely the Gate Keeper’s Lodge to the vast estate beyond!
To use a current buzzword, an ecosystem of everything property but LOCAL!
A place where people interested in property can visit whenever they want, wherever they are in the world, using any device & version of software and be wowed.
So many features!
